Warranty Information

What is covered:

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, CenterPoint® Archery (excluding strings, cables, cable slides, sleeve bushings, bearings, cosmetic appearance, and component parts) are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of two years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship that adversely affect the crossbow’s operation.

Who is covered:

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It is not assignable or transferable to anyone else.

How Long Coverage Lasts:

This limited warranty lasts two years from the date of the original purchase by the original purchaser.

Keep your sales receipt in a safe place to prove the purchase date. Without a sales receipt, the manufacturing date will be used to determine whether a crossbow is still under warranty. If the serial number is removed from the crossbow, the warranty is void.

What Is Not Covered:

Crossbow strings, cables, cable slides, sleeve bushings, bearings, cosmetic appearance, and similar components parts are not covered by this warranty. Those parts are subject to a variety of conditions in normal use and considered to be consumable parts. The string and cables must be replaced as designated in the instructions and safety manual.

This Limited Warranty shall not apply and shall be void if any of the following occur:

  • The crossbow has not been maintained properly as directed in the instructions and safety manual.
  • The instructions in the owner’s manual are not followed.
  • The crossbow or any other parts or accessories are damaged or modified from their original condition
  • Damage caused by abuse or neglect.
  • Damage caused through a dry-fire event.
  • Damage is caused by using arrows, nocks, bolts, fletching or broadheads not sold by CenterPoint Archery.
  • The crossbow is rented or loaned for use by others by a retailer, wholesaler, shooting range operator, or other commercial business organization, whether or not a fee is charged for its use
  • Any user has made an attempt to alter, dismantle or change the standard specification of the crossbow other than as stated in the instruction manual.
  • Failure or damage was caused by improper calibration or by abnormal use
  • The crossbow has not been maintained properly including annual inspection by a qualified crossbow dealer as directed in the instructions and safety manual.
  • Failure or damage caused by improper storage.
  • The crossbow has been used for any purpose other than hunting or target shooting as described in the user manual.
  • The crossbow is used in situations that might create potential injuries to life, health or public safety
How To Get Service:

To be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty, you MUST return the warranty registration card or register online at www.CenterPointarchery.com/support/product-registration within 30 days of purchasing your crossbow. This Limited Warranty becomes effective only if you complete and mail the warranty registration card within 30 days of purchasing your crossbow. By returning the warranty registration card, you expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty.

Contact Customer Service at 866.726.1122 or fill out the support contact web-form to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from CenterPoint Archery before returning any product to CenterPoint Archery. Upon receipt of the RMA, return the product to us as directed.

All accessory items must be removed from the crossbow prior to shipping. CenterPoint Archery is not responsible for damage or loss of any accessory item left on the crossbow. You must pack the crossbow or returned equipment in a safe package designed to prevent damage to the product(s) returned.

What Will CenterPoint Archery Do:

No charge inspection. All crossbows returned to CenterPoint under an RMA will be inspected by CenterPoint personnel. You will not be charged for this inspection. When you choose to return your crossbow under and RMA you are agreeing that CenterPoint has your permission to inspect the crossbow, to perform any and all testing of the crossbow that CenterPoint personnel in their sole discretion deem appropriate and you agree that CenterPoint personnel may disassemble any or all systems and sub systems of the returned crossbow to the extent that CenterPoint in its sole discretion may determine necessary to evaluate any concerns that you have raised as well as any concerns that CenterPoint may in its sole discretion have upon examining the returned crossbow. You hereby agree that you have no expectation that the CenterPoint will preserve any crossbow returned to it for inspection under an RMA in the same condition that it was received or that the crossbow will be returned in the same condition that it was in when submitted to CenterPoint, or that the crossbow submitted for inspection will be returned to you.

Warranty Action. CenterPoint may in its sole discretion elect to repair or replace any crossbow returned to CenterPoint under an RMA. In the event that CenterPoint decides to replace your crossbow with a different crossbow, a crossbow of similar composition and price will be provided by CenterPoint. You hereby agree that a crossbow or crossbow component replaced by CenterPoint under this warranty immediately becomes the property of CenterPoint Archery and you agree that CenterPoint may dispose of the replaced crossbow or replaced crossbow components in any manner.

CenterPoint may, in its sole discretion, take other measures to address your warranty claim. In the event that CenterPoint elects such other measures, you hereby agree that the refunded crossbow becomes the property of CenterPoint Archery upon notification that CenterPoint take such other measures and you agree that CenterPoint may dispose of the refunded crossbow in any manner.

Product repairs that are not covered by this Limited Warranty, or any product updates if desired, can be provided at then-current repair rates set by CenterPoint Archery.

How State Law Applies:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also may have other legal rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTY LIABILITIES:

THE FOREGOING IS LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS OF ANY PRODUCT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PURSUANT TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS OR WORKMANSHIP. IN NO EVENT SHALL CENTERPOINT ARCHERY, ITS LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, EXPENSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST BUSINESS INFORMATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH), EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PAIN AND SUFFERING OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF CENTERPOINT ARCHERY, ITS LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, OR SUPPLIERS WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT REFLECTS THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CENTERPOINT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. CENTERPOINT ARCHERY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITIES IMPLIED BY LAW (INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR ANY PRODUCT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS NOT APPLICABLE, IN NO EVENT SHALL CENTERPOINT ARCHERY’ LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50,000 OR THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT CAUSED SUCH DAMAGE.

Warranty Limitations Period:

All warranties implied by law shall be limited to the lesser of two (2) years from the date of original purchase or the limitation period applicable in the State in which the damage occurred, whichever period is shorter.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Any action against CenterPoint Archery based on an alleged breach of warranty must be filed in court within 1 year of the claimed breach in the State and Federal Courts for the state of Wisconsin.

Entire Obligation:

This document states the entire obligation of CenterPoint Archery with respect to the product. If any part of this Limited Warranty (including the warranty disclaimers and limitations of CenterPoint Archery’ liability) is determined to be void, unenforceable or illegal, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

CenterPoint Archery makes no other warranty beyond the terms of this Limited Warranty. No agent, employee or salesman of CenterPoint Archery, its licensors, distributors, or suppliers, nor any person employed by the retail dealer or seller from whom you purchased this product, is authorized to modify, extend or waive the terms of this Limited Warranty. Any statements, representations or promises made by anyone else at any time are unenforceable against CenterPoint Archery.

Warranty Terms and Conditions May Change

From time to time, CenterPoint Archery may change the terms and conditions of this or any other CenterPoint warranty to comply with changes in relevant laws, respond to market conditions and for any other reason CenterPoint Archery may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. In the event that a request for Warranty action is made such a request will be processed in accordance with the terms of any CenterPoint Warranty disclosure posted at www.CenterPointarchery.com at the time that the request for Warranty action is made.
